1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered and booked through the Mistress Felina website. By booking an appointment, you accept these Terms and Conditions as binding.

2. Appointment and deposit

2.1 Appointments are only made by prior arrangement.
2.2. A deposit is required to secure a binding appointment reservation. The amount of the deposit will be communicated individually and depends on the duration and type of session requested.
2.3. An appointment is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation and refund

3.1. Since the agreed appointment is reserved exclusively for you, a refund of the deposit is excluded, even in the event of a long-term, short-term cancellation or no-show.

The deposit is compensation for the time I invested in arranging the appointment.

4. Discretion and data protection

4.1. All inquiries, bookings and personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality.
4.2. No data will be passed on to third parties.
4.3 The discretion of both parties is the basis of cooperation.

5. Disclaimer

The services offered are voluntary. It is assumed that you are physically fit to participate in the session. Liability for any health or psychological consequences is excluded.

6. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the place of residence of Mistress Felina, to the extent permitted by law.
